The program makes it easy to type in items directly into a slot for a day and get the items for a day listed on a standard 3” x 5” index cards. You could carry it in your pocket. It is thus possible to have a greater visibility of things to be done in a perspective of the current week. It is easy to check off items as they get done. That is useful too. Towards end of the week you are able to get a clear view of things to be taken up for the next week. As a day closes, the unfinished items could be moved to the list of the next day.
It is possible to organize sending an email to your address or a text message to your phone, reminding you of an activity. The program is linked to the USDA food database that will let you plan the amount of calories you consume so that this aspect too can be organized through this tool. To balance the fitness deal, it keeps track of how many miles you would have walked, ran or rode a bike for during a given period. It could be for the day, a month and a year. This is a very good tool that helps you track projects and life goals on a long term.
